Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or offer a full refund.
Please include a photo of the defect when you reach out so we can process your request quickly.
Size Exchanges
We understand sizing can be tricky! If your item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
All custom items, limited edition products, and sale items are final sale.
We cannot accept returns for worn or washed products.
