Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or offer a full refund.

  • Please include a photo of the defect when you reach out so we can process your request quickly.

Size Exchanges

  • We understand sizing can be tricky! If your item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom items, limited edition products, and sale items are final sale.

  • We cannot accept returns for worn or washed products.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Email us at info.chaostattoos@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • We’ll provide instructions and next steps.

How to Book

Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Fill out the booking form with your design idea, size, and placement.
You can also include reference images if you have them.

Step 2 — Design Review
I’ll personally review your idea and reach out via email within 24 hours to confirm details, pricing, and available dates.

Step 3 — Booking Confirmation
Once we finalize your design and date, you’ll receive a confirmation email with deposit details and your appointment info.

Step 4 — Your Session
When you arrive, we’ll finalize placement, review your design, and make any final adjustments before we start.
Every session is private and focused entirely on your comfort and vision.

The space is quiet, clean, and designed for comfort and focus.
I work one-on-one with each client to ensure every detail is intentional — from design to aftercare.
