We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or offer a full refund.

  • Please include a photo of the defect when you reach out so we can process your request quickly.

Size Exchanges

  • We understand sizing can be tricky! If your item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom items, limited edition products, and sale items are final sale.

  • We cannot accept returns for worn or washed products.

How to Start a Return/Exchange
